CateringFinestra Restaurant is an Upper East Side Italian Restaurant, established 1997 - family owned. We are open for dining in, take out, and delivery, everyday for lunch, and dinner from 12:00 pm -9:00 pm.

What an amazing experience! The food was incredibly tasty – every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The drinks were just as impressive, with a great selection and perfect execution. But what truly made the evening special was the atmosphere: cozy, vibrant, and full of positive energy. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. I can't wait to come back – this place is an absolute gem!
Very much an old-school Italian restaurant. The waitstaff is very kind and attentive. The mussels appetizer in white wine sauce was fantastic. Loved the pink sauce that the pappardelle came with. We also had the pollo finestra which was tender and full of flavor which complemented the mushroom sauce and generous -sized artichokes. Our waiter was so sweet and we can't wait to come back.
The restaurant has a cozy Italian ambiance, beautiful oil paintings on the wall. Quiet atmosphere, staff very friendly and service is excellent. The meals we chose were proper portions, entrées cooked yo perfection and the most tender meats. Highly recommend and a quick walk if you are visiting a nearby hospital.
My favorite Italian restaurant in all of NYC. If you have to go tohospital of special surgery you must try to stop here for a meal. I recommend the Pappardelle Contadin. Simply the best and really hard to find good Pappardelle.
